Listen and Learn is a small private practice that specializes in providing auditory verbal therapy, aural habilitation, and educational services to children and adults. Through partnership and collaboration with parents, school teams, and audiologists we improve children’s listening, speaking, communication, literacy and self-advocacy skills.

We support adult patients and their communication partners after cochlear implant activation.

Services are provided in person and via teletherapy.

  • After my first CI was activated, my audiological doctor set me up with aural habilitation therapy with Listen and Learn where I met Sandra. During our first session she gracefully welcomed me and told me that there is no pressure to commit if I don’t see the help, but she would suggest that I try a couple of sessions first hand to see for myself. Needless to say, the rest is history. All in all with the help of Sandra, it made my hearing journey more successful and accomplished my goals quicker and more efficiently. It also helped to build my confidence to hear the world again. For my second CI and after the activation, I jumped at the opportunity to have Sandra help me again.
